It belongs to sulfur phosphorus nitrogen boron(S-P-N-B)type fÃurth generation energy saving and emission reduction universal gear oil compound agent.Compared with sulfur-phosphorus(S-P) type third generation gear oil compound agent,it has the advantages of both high-speed impact resistance and high torque resistance, while the former only resists high - speed impact.Secondly, increasing sintering load does not depend entirely on increasing sulfur content, and sulfur'content must be increased if sulfur-phosphorus complex agent wants to increase PD value. The higher the sulfur content, the more active sulfur, the'more serious pitting corrosion on tooth surface, and the stronger theodor of sulfur oxides,the greater the harm to human health and ecological environment.The addition of rare earth boride greatly improves the extreme pressure, anti-wear,friction reduction, anti-oxygen and anti-corrosion performance,reduces the amount of active sulfur, progressively prolongs the service life of gear and gear oil, reduces the emission of harmful gases such as SO2 and "greenhouse gases",and improves the index of oil saving and emission reduction.The gear oil prepared by this product is competitive in performance, environmental protection,energy saving and benefit.
